Returns - Only Applicable to Non Personalised Items

If you wish to return a product to TidyAprons.co.uk for any reason we need to be notified within 7 days of receipt. Upon contacting us you will be issued with a Returns number to which you must use on the information within your return.

Refunds - Only Applicable to Non Personalised Items
 

A Full refund will be issued upon return of your item if found to be in perfect "re-saleable" condition (with tags where appropriate). Refunds can take up to 30 days to process, but is usually handled within 7 days.

Please Note that any Postage charges are non refundable - unless we have made an error ie: sent the wrong size.
 

Exchanges - Only Applicable to Non Personalised Items

As part of our customer satisfaction we are happy to offer exchanges. Please contact TidyAprons.co.uk via email: exchanges@TidyAprons.co.uk or call: 0870 803 1829.

In some circumstances we will issue you with a full refund upon receiving your item back in perfect condition to which you can purchase a different item.

Delivery

All our items are custom made (made to order). We do not hold stock of the designs, we only hold stock of the blank T-Shirts and materials to make your design. Therefore dispatch can be from 1 - 7 days.

All items are sent using the Royal Mail, or Courier Service depending on the size of your item.

Delivery Times - From Dispatch Email

 

• UK - Usually 3-5 Working Days (May take up to 28 days to arrive depending on Royal Mail)
• Europe - Usually 7-10 Working Days (May take up to 28 days to arrive depending on your local post processor)
• International (Outside Europe) -  Usually 14-28 days. (May take up to 60 Days to Arrive depending on your local post processor)

Personalisation - New service for 2007 personalisation.

As an option, you can now personalise your garments with your name. The cost of this service varies please check the item you wish to purchase for more details.

If you select personalisation we cannot accept returns on this item under the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) custom made/personalised items are exempt for all returns / refunds.

We Will accept returns on these items if:
 

• We (TidyAprons.co.uk) have made an error with the personalisation
• The item is not fit for purpose
